!!please note prices could be subject to change due to some clients requiring more time than anticipated!!
Please take a moment to review the information below:
1. PRE-APPOINTMENT PREP:
• Please ensure your hair is freshly washed!
NO GEL
NO OILS/GREASE
NO PRODUCT
This is to ensure the best results.
2. RESCHEDULING
• If you wish to reschedule, kindly provide a notice of 72hrs (3days in advance). If not done, another deposit will be required when booking another appointment.
3. HEALTH & SAFETY
• Please inform us via email (enquiries@famoushair.co.uk) or at least 48hrs before your appointment of any allergies to products or any preferences.
4. ATTENDANCE RULES

Please be mindful and respectful towards all members of staff. Rudeness will not be tolerated and will result in the cancellation of the booking!!!

For everyone’s peace of mind, we take before-and-after photos. This is standard practice to make sure we have a clear record of your service and results. They’re confidential and never shared without your permission
• No plus ones.
• If you arrive early, please wait in your car or outside as we are short of a waiting area at the moment.
• There are many fast food shops along the parade that you may also choose to wait at.
5. LATE POLICY
• As stated on the T&C’s on the page, you have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a £10 late fee will be added to your service upon arrival. Being 20 minutes late will result in cancellation of your appointment to avoid disruption of the remaining schedule.
6. ADD-ONS

For additional services, each client is entitled to 2 (TWO) Add-ons

This includes washing of the hair (shampoo only) and additional styling (stitches and other shape partings)

Please note Add-ons will cost extra from the original price!!
7. Bookings

Hairstyles over 4 hours can only be booked before 12pm, If booked after 12pm it will result in a cancellation or rescheduling
However, if you anticipate being quite late email (enquiries@famoushair.co.uk) to inform us. Failure to alert us of lateness or your inability to attend is considered a ‘NO SHOW’, resulting in being banned from booking with us again.
